At Elverys Ireland, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your sports gear, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and include your completed returns form inside the parcel.

Select your preferred return route by either visiting any of our retail stores nationwide or using our convenient An Post online returns portal.
Ship or Drop Off
Drop your package at a local post office or bring it to the customer service desk at your nearest Elverys branch for a free in-store return.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
